BLACKBERRY PASSIONFRUIT POPSICLES

Happy first day of September! WOW, can’t even believe I’m saying that, can you believe it?!
I’m totally still in a Summer mood and was inspired by sweet blackberries and tart passion fruit to create this ultimate combo! And the best part is that they’re made with creamy coconut milk, which gives them the perfect consistency!
Ingredients:
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup filtered water
1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
3 passion fruit
Preparation:
In a medium blender, add blackberries and water. Process on high speed until smooth; set aside. Meanwhile, cut your passion fruit in half and scoop out seeds + liquid; set aside.
Assemble popsicles: evenly distribute coconut milk, blackberry mixture, and passion fruit between 8 popsicle molds. This is no right way or specific order to assemble, the popsicles will have a tie-die look no matter which order you prepare them. After filling popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks directly in the center of each pop. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Overnight will give you a better result!
