FIG, BRIE & PEAR CROSTINI 

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

1/2 cup fig jam

4 oz brie cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch slices

1 pear, cored and thinly sliced

1/4 chopped pecans, roasted

Honey for drizzling

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bread on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Spread fig jam evenly over each piece of bread. Top with brie, pear, and chopped pecans. Return to oven for 3 minutes to melt cheese. Drizzle each piece with honey.
