MEDICATED MUDDY BUDDIES

Because all Mondays should end with Medicated Muddy Buddies. Made with THC infused peanut butter, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, butter and Chex cereal. Such a simple combo and perfect for the holiday season because everyone will love it!

Yield: Makes 10 cups

Ingredients:

9 cups Rice Chex or Corn Chex cereal

1 cup milk chocolate chocolate chips

½ cup Mind Body Soul medicated THC or CBD peanut butter

¼ cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

Add cereal to a large bowl; set aside. In a medium microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated (be careful not to break the cereal).

Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on parchment paper or aluminum foil to cool. Store in refrigerator in an airtight containerfor up to 2 weeks.
