SPIKED EGG NOG

It’s snowing in Maine! So this cozy holiday beverage is everything! Even if it’s not snowing, it’s a delicious warm drink made with just 4 ingredients!

SPIKED EGG NOG

Yield: Makes 2 drinks

Ingredients:

2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream

1 cup eggnog

1/2 cup milk of choice

2 ounces hot espresso

Whipped cream for garnish

Ground cinnamon/nutmeg for garnish

Instructions:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the Baileys, eggnog and milk. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat. Add 1 ounce of the hot espresso into each cup, then add hot egg nog mixture. Top each drink with a dollop of the whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon/nutmeg.
