PUMPKIN SPICE WHITE RUSSIAN

Happy Fall y’all!!!

I love this season and everything that comes with it, so wanted to start it off with a delicious cocktail that gives you all the Fall feels. It’s a twist on a classic White Russian but make it pumpkin! And if you don’t like vodka you can easily sub it for rum or another liquor or your choice.

PUMPKIN SPICE WHITE RUSSIAN

Yield: Makes 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1 1/2 ounces Kahlua

2 1/12 tablespoons canned pumpkin

3 ounces heavy cream

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Instructions:

In a rocks glass, combine vodka, Kahua and pumpkin. Add heavy cream. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
